FindMyPackageForFree’s policy toward copyright infringement is set forth below, in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”).

Procedure for Submitting a DMCA Notice

In order to submit a notice of copyright infringement under the DMCA, please provide the following information: (1) the signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner; (2) identification of the material being infringed upon; (3) identification of the allegedly infringing material such that FindMyPackageForFree can locate the material; (4) your contact details, including full name, address, phone number, and email; (5) a statement that you have a good faith belief the material in 3 as used is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and (6) a statement made under penalty of perjury that the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to make this complaint on behalf of the copyright owner.

FindMyPackageForFree’s Policy

It is our policy to remove access to infringing material in order to respect the copyright owner’s rights. We will notify the submitter of such material that it has been removed. To the extent there are repeat offenses, we will terminate such user.

Procedure for Submitting a Counter-Notice

If you believe FindMyPackageForFree has incorrectly removed material that is not infringing, you may submit a counter-notice with information sufficiently setting forth the removal was made in error.
