The FindMyPackageForFree App (the "App") and www.findmypackageforfree.com (the “Website”) allows you to track your packages anytime. This Privacy Policy sets forth the information we collect via the Website and App. Your use of the Website and App is governed by the FindMyPackageForFree end user license agreement (“EULA”), which you can find a link to on our Website.

We may update this Privacy Policy at any time in our sole discretion to reflect changes in our privacy practices. If we update this Privacy Policy, we will also update the date that is posted on the bottom of this page. Your continued use of the Website or App after such update signifies your agreement to all changes made to this Privacy Policy.

The App allows you to track your packages anytime. In return for free access to this package tracking service, we may deliver content, features and promotions belonging to third parties through the App (“Third-Party Content”). Third-Party Content may contain links to websites owned by third parties. These websites and third parties are not under the control of FindMyPackageForFree and thus FindMyPackageForFree is not liable nor responsible for Third-Party Content or its corresponding websites. Additionally, FindMyPackageForFree does not endorse, approve, or make any kinds of representations or warranties regarding the Third-Party Content or related websites. Your visit to any third-party website is solely at your own risk and subject to these third parties’ terms and conditions and privacy policies. We recommend you take reasonable precaution before proceeding with any interaction or transaction with third parties.

5. Cookies, web beacons and log files

By installing and using the App the Website, you consent to the placement of cookies on your browser. We may use cookies to help us improve your user experience, including to allow us to recognize your preferences, increase security, measure performance of the App, and serve Third-Party Content. Cookies can be disabled or removed by your respective browser tools.

Web beacons are small graphic images (such as pixel tags and clear GIFs) that we may use to measure the performance and effectiveness of our content or Third-Party Content. We also use other similar technologies like HTML 5 cookies, flash cookies, and other web application software methods to store information on your browser or device. Further, we collect raw log files which contain user technical data (such as URLs visited and content served) for the limited purpose of correcting and/or improving technical functionality, serving Third-Party Content, and maintaining our operations.

6. Children Under 18

Our services are not meant to be used by children under the age of 18, and thus we do not knowingly collect information from children under 18. If we determine or are notified that we have collected information from any child under 18, we will immediately delete all information pertaining to that user as quickly as possible.

7. Security Measures

FindMyPackageForFree has implemented commercially reasonable security measures to prevent unlawful or unauthorized misuse of and access to the information we collect. This includes technological and physical security measures and procedural safeguards. However, since no security system can be 100% effective, we cannot and do not guarantee the complete effectiveness of such measures, nor the security of any information we may collect from or about you. If you have any concerns, please immediately stop using our Website and uninstall our App.

8. Government authorities and legal rights

We may disclose information we have collected about you to government authorities (such as law enforcement authorities, courts, or regulators) if they request disclosure, or if we are required to do so in order to comply with applicable law. We may also disclose information collected about you in order to exercise or protect our legal rights and/or defend against legal claims. 

9. California Privacy Rights

Under California privacy laws, California residents may have the right to: (A) access the categories and specific pieces of information FindMyPackageForFree has collected about you; and (B) delete information FindMyPackageForFree has collected about you. To exercise your rights, please visit our request page here. We will acknowledge receipt of your request within 10 business days and respond within 45 calendar days. If we need an extension, we may respond to your request within 90 days. California residents may also (C) opt out of the “sale” of personal data. Since the definition of the term “sale” is broad, it may include certain activities performed by FindMyPackageForFree. To exercise this right to opt-out, please set your preferences here or uninstall the App. FindMyPackageForFree shall not discriminate against you for exercising your legal rights.

Under California privacy laws, only you or an authorized agent may exercise these rights. Therefore, FindMyPackageForFree must verify your identity before responding to your request and you will need to submit certain information on our request page for verification purposes. To verify an agent has been authorized by you, the agent will need to provide your written permission and also submit certain information about you to verify your identity.

Under California’s Shine the Light Law, California residents may also request FindMyPackageForFree confirm whether we have disclosed your information during the preceding calendar year to third parties for direct marketing purposes
